Fixed by creating contexts within each thread. Also propagated any exceptions thrown in
the request threads back to the main test thread so that testng can see them.

Test is flawed because you create another thread to test reentrant bijection but
don't create a request there, therefore no contexts are active. N.B. due to weirdness
in testng reporting this isn't actually shown as a failure
