IllegalStateException: Application was not properly initialized at startup, could not find Factory: javax.faces.context.FacesContextFactory -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Key: JBSEAM-3450 URL: https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/JBSEAM-3450 Project: Seam Issue Type: Bug Affects Versions: 2.1.0.BETA1 Environment: JBoss AS 4.2.2.GA, Seam 2.1.0-BETA1 and SNAPSHOTS Reporter: Robert Morse Seam component attempting to render an Excel xhtml page, throws the above exception. The identical configuration works under Seam 2.0.x. This also appears to happen when attempting to render a mail .xhtml page as well. I'm attempting to create small example that demonstrates this error, but I have no estimate when I'll have that done. In the mean time, if there are suggestions for a work around or a fix, I'll be more than happy to try it out.
