From my understanding EL is in a state of flux at the moment - I
believe Norman is waiting on IT to set up a new SVN repository to hold the JBoss-EL code,
which is what I think we need to use for this?
s:hasRole() in jBPM EL.

Currently, jBPM uses its own forked EL (which is a problem to begin with....). This means
that it can't see the s: functions.
We need to fix this problem ASAP.
