Added start-task, begin-task, end-task, create-process, resume-process (you can put these
anywhere you would put a conversation control)
Annotations also implicitly start a conversation on start-task, begin-task and end one on
end-task, I guess this should too?
Docs need updating.

Currently we can start a pageflow from pages.xml, it would be good to be able to be able
to create a process and start/end a task as well.
