Ok I finally got the example app working after some fiddling around. The reason why the
file upload isn't working is because the encoding type for the form is set to
application/x-www-form-urlencoded, not multipart/form-data. I don't know why it is
set to this because from what I can see from your source code, the enctype is set
correctly. Anyway, this is not a problem with the FileUpload control so I'm closing
this issue.
