However, after my nested conversation ends and my PersistenceContext destroyed it is being recreated in my outer conversation when PassivatedEntity.createPassivatedEntity iterates through all of the "touched" PersistenceContexts. This could be fixed by "untouching" PersistenceContexts when in the @Destory method of ManagedPersistenceContext.
