org.jboss.seam.test.integration.i8ln.LocaleTest depends on bad prerequisite for local
LOCALE where are tests launched.
Therefore it fails in cesa of comparison to Locale.getDefault
e.g there is getFacesContext().getApplication().setDefaultLocale(Locale.ENGLISH)
