There is a deeper issue in Seam 2.1 in that the presence of securityRules is not enough to
toggle the use of the RuleBasedPermissionResolver (I'm sure there is a trick, I just
need to look into it). I think the point is that security rules should just be disabled
(commented out) by default. I don't want to introduce a confusing question into the
seam-gen questionnaire. I would rather the user uncomment the feature in components.xml to
start using it (just like w/ jBPM). So that is what I will do (if there are no
objections).
