Jason, this is just a communication/awareness issue that I'll address globally. The
public Hudson instance is a read-only mirror of the internal instance and that mirroring
is not real time. I'll find out what the delay is and document it. We can lobby for a

There is a publishing queue that when full has a delay on it, can be a couple of hours.
Also the queue gets stuck. This is a regular Hudson plugin so you could at improving it.
