Currently when using @Every, the first trigger will be fired immediately upon application
startup, and will fire at every interval from then onwards. In other words, an hourly
trigger will not necessarily be triggered "on the hour".

Fixed for both Quartz and QueJ providers. Included long-running regression test which can
be executed manually using 'mvn clean install -Plongtests -Pweld-se-embedded-11'
