OK, broken might be a bit harsh, the data can be imported into excel through Data ->
Import but it would be better if Excel would open it directly.
And the "People" (from the worksheet name?) could be dropped in my opinion.

I agree that the worksheet name should be dropped.
The first column seems to have no double-quotes, which might be the reason why Excel
doesn't open it correctly.
However, apart from this, the CSV is fine. For some reason Microsoft has interpreted CSV,
Comma separated values, as "Semi-colon separated values" (at least on Excel
2007). This is why you can't open it, but must import CSV files in Excel.

I think 1) is sort of out of the question. If people would like to use the file in Excel,
they'll use the jxl exporter. If they want a CSV file, to be able to use anywhere,
they'll use csv. If we follow 1) some people might not be able to use the exporter at
all.
We could implement a "csv(but not really)-they-way-excel-can-handle-it"
exporter. I don't think it's a good idea though.
