It seems to me like the real intent of the NotLoggedInException is to act as an event that
tells Seam to try and find a solution to the problem of not being logged in:

+1 on the ability to specify log level as well, but I definitely like the flag as it would
be nice to turn of logging completely for certain exceptions (mainly security related).

Implemented in CVS. Exception handlers now support a "log" attribute, which be
used to suppress logging of the exception (defaults to true):
