As far as I can tell all solr date information is in UTC - which we do convert literals to
when sending queries. Unless there is an example of solr sending back a non-UTC date,
then this is a non-issue, since the solrj conversion logic will simply convert from UTC to
the Teiid server timezone which is expected.
Enable setting on SOLR translator for controlling timezone setting
for Date and Timestamp columns
