Would this be satisfied by the translator declaring support? To implement in Teiid will
require a little more work to define the handling of all the format codes - which is
somewhat redundant with other system functions.

Teiid requires pushdown for the TRUNC function for the Oracle connector. Please add
support into the Teiid layer for TRUNC.
