Ramesh Reddy resolved TEIID-5100.

Resolution: Done
Added a new annotation called @RestConfiguration using which user can set custom headers
and HTTP Verb as well as the body of the REST call.
I also added javadoc for the Annotation please see the details.

currently @jsonTable handle only GET method for fetching endpoint but it will be great if
we can provide facility for other HTTP methods for fetching.
