Steven Hawkins resolved TEIID-1513.
-----------------------------------
Resolution: Done
we were already not consistent with MC by expecting the first char of a property name to
be in uppercase, so it seems fine to just go ahead and be case-insensitive. also added a
warning if there are properties that are not used.
Setting of translator properties should not be case sensitive

Key: TEIID-1513
URL:
https://issues.jboss.org/browse/TEIID-1513
Project: Teiid
Issue Type: Quality Risk
Components: Server
Affects Versions: 7.1
Reporter: Steven Hawkins
Assignee: Steven Hawkins
Priority: Minor
Fix For: 7.4
Setting translator properties values is currently case sensitive. It is also does not
warn or give an indication if a user supplied property is not a valid translator
property.
We should double check what the standard MC behavior is in this regard.
