TEIID-3630 captures pushing down merge. For this issue we can just document the current behavior - or optionally add an import and/or translator property to disallow insert/update.

Description:
Back in 2014, Teiid & Teiid Designer synched our Salesforce constants/extension properties to facilitate DDL import. However, it appears that the teiid_sf:calculated constant wasn't converted properly to *teiid_sf:Calculated*. https://github.com/teiid/teiid/commit/88781c220e1afc79c889cfc5d7c1c3e5d8e...
I'm able to import the attached DDL if I change *teiid_sf:calculated* to *teiid_sf:Calculated*.
The following is logged in the error log multiple times when importing Salesforce from Teiid Connection. The imported model appears to work ok (tried previewing a couple tables).

Yes it can be added to 6.2, but no you are not likely to see a performance impact given the high number of clients we test with and the size of our results as this primarily affects small (several hundred bytes or less) server responses.

Unless we can verify that selecting all columns doesn't impact performance, then we don't want to do that. Otherwise the change should be to either not throw the assertion, and not add the pk or only add the pk if it's missing and it's defined on the table.

Its not a regression on how they are processed, its a change in the way they are processed due to the way JDG works. For which is why in TEIID-3424, those capabilities were disabled, which would cause those types of operations to be performed in Teiid. As for the expected results being incorrect, I'll take a look.
