Infinispan brings a direct dependency on Teiid Embedded in runtime module. Teiid runtime already defines the abstract classes to keep the implementation of the Cache implementation dependent, however TeiiedEmbedded server configuration ignores and brings tight coupling.
Move the Infinispan Cache wrapper implementation to separate project, such that embedded is freed from dependency.
in Spring Boot I see that the version is defined by Spring's bom and not find a way to a way override that, plus given the version differences the loading of cache fails. This change should lead to plugging in an independent cache implementation like Redis or Caffeine with Teiid Embedded.

I didn't add anything that wasn't indicated by maven, like when it lists the "declared and unused dependencies" and the "undeclared and used dependencies". I follow what it was telling me.

anywhere unless you for sure it is only used for that purpose. A wrong one will make embedded apps fail to run at runtime in unexpected ways. Also, I know basepom changes sometimes makes you add the transitive dependencies to make the dependency graph clear, but be sure what add/remove as dependencies as it should not be a lot. Like for example, I am not sure why you added

When changing to use the basebom, it triggered a duplicate artifiact issue with PartsSupplier.vdb between the metadata project and the connector projects. If its the exact same vdb, then the connector vdb could be removed. Otherwise, I would suggest the connectors rename their vdb and fix the related dependent tests.
