Resolution: Partially Completed
Marking as partially completed. The import code has been added to infer defaults - but it
doesn't appear that most vendors provide that. The meaning of the omit value for the
default handling extension metadata property was expanded so that regardless of the
database provides as a default Teiid will not attempt to resolve or use it.
For now the workaround is to mark the parameter as nullable as shown in the previous
comment.

I have imported SAP IQ stored procedure and trying to execute the same.
