Committed the initial tests under the test-integration perf module, which can be run under
the perf maven profile. Will add more coverage for stream sorting (although I'll
probably just rewrite the current algorithm so that it is not dependent on the notion of
source blocking), socket/serialization, xml processing, and a couple of common
predicates.

Resolution: Done
Added a wide set of performance tests that can complete in approximately 10 minutes on my
local machine. Based upon the serialization tests, removed the use of the custom
objectoutput, since ObjectObjectStream BlockDataOutputStream is more efficient.

The last two commits for this were accidentally checked in under TEIID-1932. Log property
editing is currently disabled, so that will remain for now.
