A proposed change to txnAutoWrap

Hello all,
See https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/TEIID-897. In short we'd like to replace our current txnAutoWrap and associated settings with autoCommitTxn = {ON, AUTO, OFF}. This should simplify and clarify it's usage as outlined in the issue. Please add any thoughts to the issue.

It was discovered that the Teiid dist download was not built correctly. Please re-download if you are having problems.
