I am the same thoughts with Jay. Why do you have a plan to change name WebBeans? I think WebBeans is a great. Same with the Manager interface, I think there is no need to change Manager name. It did its job. Is it "Web Beans" itself or the whole spec name? Web Beans already has recognition.
