I would simply call it "JSR-299 - Dependency Injection", or even
"Contextual
Dependency Injection".

What are the complaints? Is it "Web Beans" itself or the whole spec name?
Web Beans already has recognition. I know I don't have the inside scoop,
but I think changing the name would cause some confusion.
