No, CDI SE TCK should not be executed on EE environment as it doesn't make much
sense.
(SE tests start their own container instance which doesn't really go together with EE
lifecycle)
Which profile did you package the JavaSE tck?
Not sure I
understand your question? They have no separate profile in TCK, but all have
"SE" test group.
That allows you to filter them from being included in your test suite.
You can glance at our tck-runner pom.xml[1] where we handle these things (profiles
section).
