Hey,
I'd really like to opt for Bootstrap as the base for the presentation/CSS.
It has all the components I need, and I've got experience with theming Bootstrap
already.
This seems reasonable way to reduce risk for the admin console. Especially if we are
going to using a new framework for the non-UI (ember).
