No, there's no DIST. Having talked to Brian online, he was more
interested in what happens when you remove a key or clear the cache in
one node and others nodes have txs going on and they've acquired read
locks, and potentially write locks.
That and I was just brainstorming a bit, thinking about what issues
would appear if DIST were used.
