Hotrod is a binary protocol fully specified here:
I think a good start would be to take a look at the java client source code and follow the
same design for the C# client, given the similarities between the two languages.

What do you plan to use as a source control repository? If you haven't made your mind
yet, may I suggest github.com? Git is an awesome source control repository and it makes
this kind of collaboration much easier.
