I would have maybe preferred using GitHub issues for something like this, unless
there's some product requirements here.
It has a different release cycle than Infinispan so easier to maintain as a different
project.
GitHub was considered, but product requires integration between bugzila and JIRA, which we
don't have with GitHub.
