Hi,
As far as I know there is a limit on the number of machines we can use
and unless that limit changed recently we are already using the maximum
number of VMs we are allowed to use.

wouldn't it be better to provision slaves dynamically according to the current
queue length instead of just adding more machines? After all, that's the main
point of the cloud ...
