No, it shouldn't be deprecated, but just not necessarily the most optimal way to
attach a ClassLoader to a code path if it is used frequently enough.

Remember that ISPN-1413 will result in a classloader being maintained per CacheManager.
The reason I ask this is cos http://goo.gl/4bfFb is broken and I'm planning to
disable it (or remove it), unless we plan to support that with() call.
