Ok, time to upgrade. I used 2.12.2 for a while without issues, so I
made a PR now that removes usages of old versions (2.9, 2.4.3-JBOSS) and 2.13-SNAPSHOT.

It caused report files to overwrite one another. If you can have a clean run with 2.12.x
on Jenkins and the reports look okay, then I'm happy to switch to 2.12.x for all
modules.
