Sure, it should be possible to create references in config.html file but
vice versa I don't know - it involves some custom modification of
regular javadoc generation process and I am not familiar with that part.
Well, we know the name of the target file (config.html!) and we know the name of the
anchors that will be generated in each of these files (e.g., #clustering) so we could just
add such links in the bean setter javadocs?
