[JBoss JIRA] (DROOLS-3193) UX to support selection of multiple data/domain object instances
by Liz Clayton (Jira)
Liz Clayton commented on DROOLS-3193:
-------------------------------------
[~kkufova] Thanks that's helpful. WRT the third bullet, I will elaborate: I'm asking that if the user has already created numerous statements using a mix of individual data objects and instances, and now has a large table:
| Person1 | Person 2 | Credit | Credit2 | Credit3 | Loan | Review1 | Review 2 | Lender1 | Lender 2 |
In the, _possibly bogus example above_, if the user wanted to add another instance of "Loan" is there any use case for adding a new column after the last one (Lender 2) to accomplish that?
* Is it necessary/desirable for related DO instance columns to be positioned next to one another, or might they be located anywhere?
* If they should be located adjacent to one another, is the burden on the user to accomplish that?
- adding [~ibek] [~tirelli] in case they can offer use case info as well. Thanks.

> As user I want to use multiple instances of the same data object in my test scenarios (multiple instances support) (i.e. scenario with more than one instance of “Person”...), so that I can create a test scenario.

[JBoss JIRA] (DROOLS-3199) [DMN Designer] Clear properties panel when multiple cells are selected
by Jozef Marko (Jira)
Jozef Marko updated DROOLS-3199:
--------------------------------
Description:
The user of the DMN Designer has possibility to set properties of expression grid table cell via properties panel. The problem occurs if multiple cells are selected. Then properties panel shows properties bound to last selected cell what is not desired. Properties panel should be empty if multiple cells are selected.
h2. Manual acceptance test
Properties panel is empty if multiple cells (including headers) are selected
- Decision Table (?)

[JBoss JIRA] (DROOLS-3190) fix typo in Test editor intro text and change EXPECTED to EXPECT in the header
by Liz Clayton (Jira)

Liz Clayton commented on DROOLS-3190:
-------------------------------------
[~g.dey18] My goal was to correct the typo ("columns by *using use* the...") principally, if you could propose some final copy that would be great. Thanks

> Current text in UI:
> "To create a test template, define the "Given" and "Expect" columns *by using use* the expression editor below."
> * should not include both using and use.
> Possible rewording: To fix typo and perhaps clarify the task:
> "Define the "Given" and "Expect" statements using the expression editor below."
> * or whatever [~stetson.robinson] [~g.dey18] recommend. It might be nice to add something about being able to type an expression directly into the cell, wdyt?
> *Change EXPECTED with EXPECT in the header of the table*
