Added PingPongDatagram, which uses a MulticastSocket to send pings and pongs. The RTT here
is smaller than for PingPong, investigate !

RpcDispatcherSpeedTest or PingPong show round trip times (RTTs) of over a millisecond on
a local box (where ping shows an avg of 0.017 ms RTT time), or 1-3 ms (!) in the ATL
cluster lab where ping shows an avg of 0.130 ms RTT.
Investigate where the time is spent, and reduce it.
