Not really. It helps me personally, but it is kind of difficult to tell external users of
our framework that they have to use a nightly JBoss build. I'd rather tell them to
customize the JNDI settings for different app servers, until the fix is in a release
version.
BTW the build and jenkins project name and artifact.zip says jboss-7.0.x but internally it
is version jboss-as-7.1.0.Alpha2-SNAPSHOT. The AS roadmap says AS7.1 should be on Beta1 at
this point, the maven repo is on Alpha1 (consistent with Alpha2 snapshot).

Works in AS5.1 and earlier, fails in AS6.1 and AS 7.0.2. Standard web.xml configuration,
no additional listeners.
Deployment using
<jta-data-source>java:comp/env/jdbc/timetracker</jta-data-source> fails
because ENC is not initialized when contextInitialized event occurs. Succeeds if lookup is
changed to java:jboss/datasources/ExampleDS which is defined in global JNDI.
