Even if the queue is not being used. I know users are required to deploy the clustered queues in all nodes But we should at least give a bigger warning here: //Cannot failover if there is no queue deployed. throw new IllegalStateException("Cannot failover " + queue.getName() + " since it does not exist on this node. " + "You must deploy your clustered destinations on ALL nodes of the cluster"); Or maybe just stopping the merge for that specific queue (with a big warning with the mistake made) and keep merging the other queues.
