I've attached modified hibernate configuration files based on the current jbpm.3
branch. All <cache.../> elements from the different (19) hbm.xml files have been
moved to <class-cache../> and <collection-cache.../> elements inside
hibernate.cfg.xml.
NOTE: some of the <mapping.../> elements had to be re-ordered, otherwise Hibernate
throws a MappingException: "Cannot cache an unknown collection". This affects
mapping files with inheritance - the base class has to be defined first.
