Translations

For JBoss Enterprise Portal Platform (which has a large part of User
Interface) we sometimes require some translation for few sentences in
various languages, for instance if we add a validation on a form we need
to know how to say "The title length can't be longer than 10
characters" in French, German, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese,
Italian...
What's the best process to get such sentences translated ?
