If you're on Windows or Mac, you could try PoEdit (
http://www.poedit.net/) - it works
well with PO files.

We are using KBabel at this moment, from FC9, a new "Lokalize" tool
has been introduced but so far it only has part of the fuctionalities
of Kbabel.
To use Kbabel, you need to install RHEL5 or FC8 or earlier version.
