JSF doesn't provide a way to do a redirect when validation fails. And can't really: it would mean losing all inputted form fields. [JBossCache] - Error using objects as Fqn's in PojoCache

I have a possible bug in JBoss Cache, but I'm not sure... I'm using Objects (not Strings) as Fqn's, in a PojoCache, and later, calling the PojoCache.findObjects() method, I obtain a ClassCastException. Looking at the DTD (it is in the source at core/src/resources/dtd/portlet-instances_2_0.dtd) there does not appear to be an < if-exists >overwrite< /if-exists > node, like there is for the *-object.xml file. So my guess is that there is no way to override the preferences.
