[EJB/JBoss] - Problem looking up EJBs after upgrading to 4.05 from 4.03sp1

Hello, I have a web app that looks up several EJBs. Up until I did the upgrade to 4.05, everything was working fine. I appreciate any insight into this problem. I have pasted the code below: jndiContext = getInitialContext(); AuthenticatorHome aHome = (AuthenticatorHome) jndiContext.lookup("java:comp/env/ejb/Authenticator"); This code now throughs a class cast exception. [JBoss Seam] - nvalid byte 2 of 3-byte UTF-8 sequence.

[JCA/JBoss] - Re: JBoss, JCA, and Siebel CRM?

I can't think of any issue as to why it wouldn't work if the RA is JCA compliant. Unfortunately, I don't know of any open source Siebel solution and I am not sure how Oracle handles distribution of the Siebel software (evaluation etc). I know that there is a Siebel JCA adapter being that WebSphere/Portlet stuff makes use of it. If you are able to try/test this and run into issues let me know. I would be interested in getting a standard configuration together for the examples.
