[JBoss Messaging] - Exception by getting a reference to the ConnectionFactory

Dear JBoss-Comunity! The Problem: I wrote a simple Message Driven Bean and want to send her a Message! Well, what is stored is an object reference in memory, so in that regard you don't store it twice. However, there is overhead for each node you create. Plus, if you have a cache loader, then a copy is made to disk and you will have the overhead. [Messaging, JMS & JBossMQ] - Re: Messages get stuck in queue

The MDB takes the messages, parses them and calls a Corba-Services with message data as argument. It is simliar as an remote procedure call of the Corba-Service. The messages transfered via JMS are of type javax.jms.MapMessage. We do not use a ftp server. There are 7 similar MDBs and 7 queues plus some additional queues like DLQ and error queue. [Beginners Corner] - session ejb socket timeout

Moving from jboss 402 to jboss 405 is resulting in a SocketTimeout exception being thrown when calling out state session ejb. When in debug mode the ejb is not being reached. [JBossCache] - Updating the data model for a distributed cache

Hi, I have the following scenario: I have a distributed cache across 2 nodes. I want to update de data model of the objets stored in this cache, but I can´t stop both nodes to do the update at the same time, so I have to restart first one node, and then the other node. The problem is, when I restart the first node, with the updated data model, will there be a clash in the data replication (assuming diferent serialUIDs for the objects)? [JBoss Seam] - Re: Using Jboss Seam and Struts

Not being able to use Java 5 is a different issue than integrating with struts. There are articles on the web about using struts with JSF. I don't know the techniques, but if you can sensibly combine them using those techniques, then I don't see why you couldn't do so in seam.
