[JBoss Seam] - Examples missing JARs?

Do I just follow the instructions in examples/readme.txt? That doesn't seem to work, since doing ant tomcat.deploy on numberguess in yesterday's snapshot has JAR's missing from the generated WAR (first exception is about missing javassist classes). [JNDI/Naming/Network] - Re: ClassCastException on PortableRemoteObject.narrow(object

The remote and home interfaces are present only in ejb2.jar (ejb project jar), to access these interfaces in web module I have created project dependency in eclipse. So this should not be the reason. Does jBoss requires any special configuration for JNDI look up. Shall I use any other application server? I am very confused. Hello Alex, I have come accross a similar case where I get 'SimpleVariableContext' in GetVariableDataFunction's evaluate(arg) method because the I have predicate inside another expression. For example, bpws:getVariableData(name, part, query[bpws:getVariableData()]query contd.) So I have made these changes to GetVariableDataFunction's evaluate(arg1, arg2, arg3) method | XPathQueryEvaluator locationEvaluator = XPathEvaluatorFactory.createQueryEvaluator(locationString); | | //if no where else, add method in SetNamespaceContext to add bpws. | ((SetNamespaceContext)support.getNamespaceContext()).addNamespace( "bpws", "http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2003/03/business-process/"); | | locationEvaluator.setNamespaceContext(support.getNamespaceContext()); | locationEvaluator.setVariableContext( variableContext); | locationEvaluator.setFunctionContext( support.getFunctionContext()); | /* | * in BPEL 1.1, the context node is 'the root of the document fragment | * representing the entire part' | */ | Object queryValue = locationEvaluator.evaluate(partValue.getOwnerDocument()); | log.debug("evaluate : " + queryValue); | return queryValue; | So you can see I have pretty much repeated the code I put in XPathQueryEvaluator to fix my original problem which started this thread. So a better way would be to call queryEvaluator's evaluate(node, Token) method. But since this is Jaxen's extension class I don't know how to get back Token from Context. If there is a way to do that, please let me know. Also if there is a better of doing this please point that out. I appreciate your help. [Persistence, JBoss/CMP, Hibernate, Database] - What has changed in Hibernate from Jboss AS 4.0.3 to 4.2.2?

Hi, In the deploy directory of Jboss 4.0.3 I have the following: 1. Myproject.war 2. Hibernate.har 3. Postgres-ds.xml Upon starting Jboss all database tables are 'mapped' correctly between hibernate and postresql 8.2. Pages which reference data from the various tables operate as expected. In the deploy directory of Jboss 4.2.2 I have the following: 1. Myproject.war 2. Hibernate.har 3. Postgres-ds.xml Upon starting Jboss all database tables are 'mapped' correctly between hibernate and postresql 8.2. This time pages which reference data from the various tables DO NOT operate as expected. No data is being pulled back from the dB tables and no errors are being generated either.
