Hi, thanx for anser, this idea look very interesting for me but still I have questions: 1) What method/class are you using to preload data from DB to cache ? 2) How to you persist data in DB - are you using some ready made method/class form org.jboss.cache ? nightly builds does not limit the possible runtime and servers to our adapter any more - now we only require that the adapter says it supports the reelvant JEE5 related specs for WAR and/or EAR. Of course we can't guarantee it will actually deploy/compile on others since we no longer controls what libraries the runtime and the server provides. That is something you can adjust when the project is created. Would love to get feedback from what libraries etc. you needed to setup for the various JEE5 runtimes to deploy it. then we can work on getting that handled in later revisions. Hi Agus, I have a lot of questions probably depending on the fact that I am new at BPEL and JBoss. First of all: Where do you know all the JBoss details from? When I tried to download the wsdl-file from http://www.xmethods.net/ve2/Directory.po;jsessionid=4XUrFKQiN3_SA1yBd80-L... as you told me I did not know which one to choose because I thought I need a wsdl-file fitting to the bpel I wrote. Regarding deploying bpel from eclipse: In case it is not possible what does the demo http://pluto.researchstudio.at/ibpm/bpel/deploy_process.htm show? Reading the user guide to get to know how to deploy a process I looked at this one http://docs.jboss.com/jbpm/v3/userguide/deployment.html which I do not understand. Do I have to add the jar-files to my java-project? Do I have to change the properties of the file build.properties? How comes the deployed process to my server-directory? Is it possible to deploy the process with eclipse? Please can you give me some hints because I have no more ideas to continue. Hi I allow myself to hijack this thread, since a solution to the original issue has been found. Swisst, did you manage to get ldap/ad running with an admin group coming from your ldap (as opposed to the standard admin 'admin', role 'admin')? I had to find out that what I proposed here (http://wiki.jboss.org/wiki/Wiki.jsp?page=GiveAdminPrivileges) isn't quite working. When defining a page layout, the list of available portlet instances is always empty. Using the wizard works, but that's not a usable workaround for me, since the wizard creates a new instance every time. I tried to debug this, as I already found two problems with a hardcoded use of 'admin' so far, but couldn't find the cause this time. I got as far as stepping through the code with a debugger, but I have to admit that I don't understand all the stuff that is happening when displaying the 'page layout' page. I haven't looked at the groovy plugin lately so can't tell you how solvable it is. [JBoss Tools (users)] - Groovy support

Hi all, I recently played with seam groovy support. I got my Hibernate Pojos turned into groovy class (a third of the lines the java ones were declared in). To do this in eclipse I simply installed the groovy plugin. But I realised that both compilers don't work together and cross dependency wreck the whole thing up. I think I can manage it to work with an ant build but I was wondering if some support for incremental deployment of seam using Groovy (and Java) project in WTP was planed ? Hi amitev, well thanks for your help, but the guides you refered to don't help me much right now (or maybe I am just not getting it). What I am looking for is a tutorial how to create EJB with JBoss tools in eclipse. As soon as I am into that I want to start building web services and clients supporting transactions. So if you know by chance some good tutorials or could point me in the right direction with the guides u mentioned that would be great.
