[JBoss Seam] - valueChangeListener doesnt work in Seam?

Hello I have a selectOneMenu in my xhtml page, its valueChangeListener does not fire when a submit occurs. here is the xhtml file: | <h:selectOneMenu id="rowPerPageOption" value="#{searchResult.rowPerPage}" | valueChangeListener="#{searchResult.rowPerPageChanged}" | onchange="oamSubmitForm('resultQuery',this.id);"> | <f:selectItem itemLabel="5" itemValue="5"/> | <f:selectItem itemLabel="10" itemValue="10"/> | <f:selectItem itemLabel="20" itemValue="20"/> | <f:selectItem itemLabel="30" itemValue="30"/> | </h:selectOneMenu> | | in session bean: | public void rowPerPageChanged(ValueChangeEvent e) { | logger.equals("Row Per page is:"+rowPerPage); | rowPerPage = (Integer) e.getNewValue(); | logger.equals("Now row per page is:"+rowPerPage); | dataModel = new LocalDataModel(rowPerPage,indexResultSet); | } | | but the above code never execute! [JBoss Seam] - pass parameters from page to page

Hi! Anybody knows how to pass parameters from one page to another page? for example in pageA.xhtml I have | <s:link value="AAAA" view="/pageB.xhtml"> | <f:param name="para1" value="para1"/> | </s:link> | in pageB.xhtml I'd like to do the following: | <s:link value="BBBB" view="/pageC.xhtml"> | <f:param name="para1" value="#{para1}"/> | </s:link> | is that possible without any extra configuration? Since I am trying to use EntityHome and don't wan't to add a lot of codes to the extended EntityHome. I did some testing and found the EL #{para1} is always null. Thanks a lot! [JBoss Portal] - how to avoid maintaining state of a portlet

Hi, I am using Jboss-4.0.5.GA with JBoss-portal-2.4.0 And usinf MyFaces implementation of portal. My problem is, I am accessing a portlet. And have done some thing in that portlet. And i moved to some other portlet by clicking some link. When i came back to the previous portlet, It is displaying the page wgere i left earlier. But i need it to go to initial page. How can i do it. How cani avoid it to maintain state when i navigate to some other link? Thanks in advance...
