solved it out! first of all, I decided to reinstall JBoss, because it kept giving me that error which I didn't know where was coming from and that didn't make me happy. Yeah, both "A" and "B" split. Then Join or Synchronization at "E" node is hard to implement. Because tokens from node "B" and "D" are not siblings. After ending the two entering tokens from "B" and "D", which token should be placed at node "E" and carries out the following execution. It seems that parent-child relationship between tokens is not enough to simulate partial order relationship between activities. JBoss remoting will try a certain number of times (default 30) with a pause of 1 second if the pool is full to wait for a connection to be returned. This means by default invocations will wait 30 seconds for a connection to be returned before throwing an exception. You can increase this period by setting the attribute "numberOfRetries" on the connector config. This basically equates to the number of seconds to wait before barfing. You could set this to a high value (few minutes) in your case. While I didn't look close enough to determine whether there are other problems, from my own experience I know sooner or later you could run into a problem with that factory being invoked only once in a conversation, and hence your factory made instance not being the same as the one home uses. Hence, while you still may be having another problem, one first change I'd make is to forget about that advice in the reference manual to use the shorter syntax with a factory made instance, and rather than value="#{uGroup.name}" | value="#{uGroup.ugrouptype}" | ... instead use the longer but always correct syntax value="#{groupHome.instance.name}" | value="#{groupHome.instance.ugrouptype}" | ... Then go find your remaining problems, if any. You probably have done this already but in case not please do this: 1. Delete thirdparty directory 2. Run build.bat or build.sh as per your environment If first downloads component-info.xml and based on the contents, it downloads jars accordingly. So in this case, it shuld be downloading two antl*.jar mentioned in this XML file. I hope this helps. [JBoss jBPM] - SoapClient rpc / encoded

Hello, I wanted to use jbpm-bpel-1.1.Beta3 for a little sample. In the bpel process I wanted to invoke another existing webservice, for instance http://www.weather.gov/forecasts/xml/DWMLgen/wsdl/ndfdXML.wsdl. Class org.jbpm.bpel.integration.client.SoapClient tells me BpelException: encoded use not supported. What do I have to do to invoke a webservice of this kind? Is something planned? If something has to be coded could somebody point me into the right direction?
