This is solved in CVS. Older versions of seam-gen did not support composite keys. The CVS version supports them beautifully. Grab a nightly build. [JBoss Seam] - Issue with 'seam generate-entities'

Hi, I am trying to lear seam, going through the doc/tutorials etc and I have come up with an issue that I can't find in the Jira's or forum. I am using SEAM 1.6, with jdk 1.5.08 on Windonws 2000. Phil, Java programs are not aware of environment variables such as JAVA_ENDORSED_DIRS and JAVA_HOME. Scripts such as ant.bat and run.bat take care of mapping environment variables to system properties. You need to either (a) copy the jars from jboss-4.0.4.GA\lib\endorsed to jdk.1.5.0_11\jre\lib\endorsed or (b) set the java.endorsed.dirs system property to jboss-4.0.4.GA\lib\endorsed. To do (b) from the command line, try: set ANT_OPTS=-Djava.endorsed.dirs=jboss-4.0.4.GA\lib\endorsed | ant run-test ant.bat will read the ANT_OPTS environment variable and pass the variable value as parameters to the Java VM. This is all described in the Endorsed Standards Override Mechanism document, which is referenced from the jBPM BPEL user guide. [JBoss jBPM] - Accessing file that is not in DB from deployed jBPM process

Hello, I've got a problem accessing a file that is not deployed in the jBPM database. I want to access it in an ActionHandler of a deployed process. When test-running the jBPM process through teh jBPM API (through token.signal() etc) the file is found but when running the deployed process through the jbpm webapp, a JbpmException occurs saying: anonymous wrote : org.jbpm.JbpmException: couldn't get value for file 'com/sample/action/Sample.drl' and further down in the console: anonymous wrote : Caused by: org.jbpm.JbpmException: file 'com/sample/action/Sample.drl' not found in db Te critical piece of code from the ActionHandler-class is the following: | package com.sample.action; | [...] | public class FireRulesActionHandler implements ActionHandler { | [...] | Reader reader = new InputStreamReader(FireRulesActionHandler.class.getResourceAsStream(rulefile)); | [...] | } | Thanks in advance. [JBossWS] - Generate wsdl from JSR 181 POJO

Is it possible to generate the WSDL file from a JSR-181 POJO endpoint using wstools or some other tool? I was able to do this using Suns wsgen tool, but when I use the client based on that generated WSDL I get a org.jboss.ws.jaxb.UnmarshalException thrown from the server. Yes, you are right, but I have the problem that I have to check connections to the EIS periodically in order to maintain connections. If not, the EIS closes connections not checked. The expiration time is exactly one minute. I use the background validation to perform those checks, so the EIS is constantly closing connections. One more thing that I've noticed, is that jboss always checks all connections that have been created, the ones that are in the pool at the moment, and the ones that have been destroyed previously. The pool works right, I mean, it never returns a destroyed connection, and the pool has the number of connections I've specified, but I don't know why it tries to validate destroyed connections. I've implemented the destroy() method so that it closes the connection to the EIS. What actions am I supposed to perform on the destroy() method? May I notify ConnectionEventListener set on some event? I only notify those listeners when in the close() method. Thanks a lot.
