[Installation, Configuration & Deployment] - Classcast exception when multiple deployments of same app

We are trying to deploy the same ear (with different configuration files, datasources, etc) multiple times in JBoss. Every app works perfectly fine by itself, as soon as we deploy two of them, the first deployment stops working as soon as we try to acquire a session bean remote interface via the initial context with the following classcast exception: Caused by: java.lang.ClassCastException: $Proxy118 cannot be cast to com.absu.poweron.ejb.CircuitDataManager Our Jboss-app.xml is set to use isolated class loading: anonymous wrote : <jboss-app> | <loader-repository> testing:loader=testing.ear </loader-repository> | </jboss-app> and we tried to enable/disable the "CallByValue" flag in both the ear-deployer.xml and the jboss-app without success. [JBoss Portal] - Login to direct to different portals

I am new to Jboss and have a an implementation question. How would one approach the problem. I have many customer portals each with a different theme. When a user logs in they are directed to the default page of the portal for their company. So the question is? Can we redirect the request to the portal when the user logs in based on his credentials instead of having the user enter the URL for his company portal and then logging in? if you use MyFaces, you might use t:inputText instead of h:inputText . You can attach suggestionbox to any components that has a value attribute and onxxxx event set. This is an idea of 'for' attribute that allows to enhance the existing component instead of replacing it. This is similar a4j:support. It enhances the existing component rather than requires to replace existing component with new one having built-in Ajax support. Actually, both approaches (enhancing and built-in) make sense. We use them both in Ajax4jsf and RichFaces. Could you precise how the NetUI tags are integrated with the producer? More precisely, do they use PortletURL to generate the URLs? As far as rewriting goes, there is no token for arbitrary parameters provided in the WSRP specification so I don't see how these parameters end up in the URL. Could you provide the SOAP message exchange between BEA Producer and BEA Consumer in the case that you are interested in and doesn't work between JBoss Portal as a Consumer to BEA's producer so that I can see what's going on, please? [JBoss Seam] - SessionContext injection throws NullPointerException

Hi, I have a problem injecting sessionContext in to a util class. However it works in session scoped(haven't tried other scopes) seam component. For example: It works here: @Name("seamComp") | @Scope(SESSION) | public Class SeamComp | { | @In private Context sessionContext; | | ..... | | } But it does not work if have a util class like this: It throws NullPointerException public Class SessionManager | { | @In private Context sessionContext; | | ..... | } Or even if tried to pass sessionContext from seamComp to a SessionManager method as a parameter, it throws NullPointerException inside SessionManager. I also tried Contexts.getSessionContext() instead of injection and it is the same behaviour. I can't understand why and I would appreicate any help.
