As I found out Oracle server is already listening on port 8080. So JBoss can not be started successfully because of the locked port. How can I re-configure JBoss (v.4.0.5) so that port 8080 is replaced by e.g. 8777 in the future ? There we go :-) It's the Oracle stuff. Easiest thing to do is just change the JBoss web ports to something more reasonable and you should be all set. Either that or uninstall Oracle. Folks, no offense intended, but can someone on this thread please post saying "We're using sticky sessions, we understand how to configure them and as far as I know they are working correctly, but we are still seeing the "Possible concurrency problem" message." STFF can also be done by using google... works a lot better, but that is another item and I agree that searching the forum with the 'forum-search' is inadequate. but again, the doc is more that the html, the examples/testcases (yes, in the source) are really expressive. Could be that you fit in neither camp, but you (at least) did not come up with a question like the one this post started with. For more complex issues the docs are (atm) not sufficient, nor are the examples/testcases. Michael Putz however is doing a great job in adding wiki pages on more complex things so we are improving in that area as well. And I never said or even thought we were doing a great job on the docs, just that they are (just like bpm in general) not for just anyone to be used.
