If you are using JBoss 4.0.5 I suggest you to install it with the last versione of jems installer java -jar jems-installer-1.2.0.GA.jar I'm currently useing EJB3 profile with Jbossws.1.2.1.GA without any problem; instead I've noticed that the problem appear with former version of jems installer (e.g. 1.2.0.BETA)... BTW - I've been following this thread, and hoping to perform some testing/debugging associated with the particular OS/browser that is exhibiting problems. In the meantime, I think there is a bit of disagreement about which elements implement onchange - The HTML 4.0 specification http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-html40/#minitoc and, specifically, the input element http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-html40/interact/forms.html#h-17.4 indicate that a standards compliant browser implement onchange for input="text" elements. It would appear that this is may not be the case for Firefox 2.0.0.3 on Windows XP (as reported) - although, after re-reading the thread I think that there are two separate things going on - one (mine) is a need to call (if defined) the function attached to the onchange event associated with the text input which is the target of the selectDate widget. The other is a need to be able to programatically generate an onchange event. Related situations but not quite the same. Yup, It is serializable: | import org.jboss.cache.aop.annotation.Serializable; | | public class AssessmentRequest implements Serializable { | The AssessmentRequest class just contains Strings and a Date class as member variables. If I start with an empty cache and fill the nodes, its get replicated with *no issues* at all. The only issue I have is this initial state transfer not working! I don't need the fine-grained replication features of the Pojocache so opted out of using that. Ray. I don't believe you :-) If you call put() on the cache with an instance of AssessmentRequest, it will *not* get replicated (unless you use PojoCache) ! What I meant by slow is, the load test response time is slow compared to the Linux OS. I've a box running Linux OS and a Sun box running Solaris. Thanks bela, This only occurs for the initial state transfer. If I start with the cache empty and fill with an ArrayList of the AssessmentRequest class then I get no issues, replication occurs across the nodes. I would have figured it would fail for everytime that class gets replicated. Hi, I just wanted to mention that my intent to let the ejb3's communicate over http had the same result. My configuration is basically the same (I have not altered the http-invoker.sar's jboss-service.xml, have a bit different conf/standardjboss.xml an used one annotation for each binding instruction). The result is identical. http://jira.jboss.com/jira/browse/JBPM-974 what I did as workaround is to synchronize on a static variable inside of acquireJobs(), this way locks are applied and concurrency works. don't know if thats a good solution as I'm not much into jbpm internals...
