I am new to jboss .There is hsql connected internally.But since its storing in memory table i have no idea how to access the contents.Can anybody help. I haven't tried changing back to AJP yet. I hate impacting my users with errors when I don't absolutely need to. Yes, it would definitely cause your problem. Hold on: you didn't mention anything about a ValidationException before! A ValidationException is a runtime exception, and hence causes tx rollbacks. (This is standard EJB rules.) You should not throw ValidationExceptions. [JBoss Portal] - How can I change the default portal ??

Hello to all, I'm working in JBPortal 2.4.1 and I need to change the default portal, so when the users entry to my site be able to see my content and not the default jboss pages ? How can I do that ? When | commitOrRollback(phaseId); | is called, it's actually doing a rollback instead of a commit. Does doing a rollback would cause this strange behaviour then? It looks like RollbackInterceptor is doing a rollback, since a ValidationException is thrown. Thank y'all for your patience. It turns out that my Eclipse IDE was at fault...ish. If i compiled the classes using Eclipse I would get the error, and if not I wouldn't. So I updated Eclipse and it worked. Funny that it was only one class in like 1,000 every time.
